Entry to Race Day site
Entry to the Race Day site is via Kings Road, Milton Avenue - please see the map below.
At the end of Milton Avenue a Marshall will assist you in parking your vehicle in the car parking area.
After parking your car please walk to the main gate where Gate Marshalls will, after paying your entry fee, give you your ticket that covers entry.
Make sure you keep your ticket as you must produce your ticket on the second day to gain entry.
Please be patient and if possible have the correct monies for the Gate Marshalls

8.00am on Saturday
8.00am on Sunday

Car parking
Car Park attendants will assist you to park your car
Should the car park be full, street parking is close to the main entrance.
With respect to our residential neighbours, please do not park across driveways and please keep noise to a minimum.
Race Day Marshals
Should you have any query or concerns there will be Race Day Marshalls available.
Complaints will be referred to the Chief Marshall.
All Marshalls will be wearing "Hiviz" vests.
Start time for first race
The first race is expected to start at - Saturday 9.30 am, Sunday 9.30am.
Finish of Racing
The final race on both days is scheduled to finish at 3.45pm (subject to conditions)
Trophy Presentation
All presentations will be outside culminating with the winner of the Paynesville Gold Cup. Everyone is welcome to attend
Entry to the Pits
Due to Occupational Health and Safety requirements only authorized persons have access to the pit area.
Viewing Areas
Spectators can view the races along the foreshore on the Race Day site
Onsite Food & Drink
Food and soft drink may be available onsite.
Spectators are welcome to bring their own picnic lunch but are reminded to take any rubbish home with them.
First Aid
A fully staffed First Aid vehicle will be onsite for the entire weekend.
Departing
Take care when leaving and please obey any instructions by Ground Marshalls.
Be aware of pedestrians and cars that will be leaving from side roads.
